Welcome to Esport Logo Maker Offline (“App”), operated by WEDUS (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Esport Logo Maker Offline is a mobile application that allows users to:

  • Create and customize esports logos
  • Use templates, graphics, and design assets
  • Save logo projects locally on their device
  • Synchronize projects to cloud storage when signed in
  • Export logos as image files
  • Access premium features through subscriptions

The App may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • You comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Any information provided is accurate and current.

3. User Accounts

The App may allow users to sign in using Google Sign-In.

When you sign in:

  • You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account.
  • You are responsible for activities associated with your account.
  • You agree not to impersonate another person or provide false information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any logos, projects, text, or other content you create using the App (“User Content”).

By using cloud synchronization features, you grant WEDUS a limited license to:

  • Store your content
  • Synchronize your content across devices
  • Backup and restore your content
  • Provide App functionality

This license exists solely for operating the App and does not transfer ownership of your content to WEDUS.

5. Templates and Design Assets

The App includes templates, illustrations, icons, graphics, and other design resources.

These assets may be provided by:

  • WEDUS
  • Freepik
  • Licensed third-party creators

Users may use generated logos for personal and commercial projects unless otherwise restricted by the original asset license.

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of exported logos complies with applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

WEDUS does not guarantee exclusive ownership of any generated logo.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes.
  • Upload or create content that violates intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App.
  • Interfere with App security or functionality.
  • Use automated tools to abuse the Service.
  • Circumvent subscription or advertising systems.
  • Create content that promotes illegal activities, hate speech, harassment, or harmful conduct.

We reserve the right to restrict access for violations of these Terms.

7. Subscriptions and Premium Features

The App may offer premium features through subscriptions or purchases.

Subscriptions are processed through Google Play and managed using RevenueCat.

By purchasing a subscription:

  • You authorize recurring billing where applicable.
  • Subscription fees are charged by Google Play.
  • Subscription renewals occur automatically unless canceled.
  • Subscription management is handled through your Google Play account.

Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, and promotional offers.

8. Refunds

All purchases, cancellations, and refunds are subject to Google Play policies.

Refund decisions are handled by Google Play and not by WEDUS.

For refund requests, please refer to Google Play’s refund process.

9. Advertising

Guest users may be shown advertisements through Google AdMob.

Advertisements help support the free version of the App.

Premium subscribers may receive reduced or removed advertising depending on their subscription benefits.

We are not responsible for the content of advertisements displayed by third-party advertising providers.

10. Cloud Synchronization

Users who sign in may access cloud synchronization features.

While we strive to provide reliable synchronization:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Temporary outages may occur.
  • Users are encouraged to maintain their own backups of important projects.

WEDUS is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, third-party service interruptions, or user actions.

11. Exported Files

Users may export logos and save them to their device gallery or storage.

Once exported:

  • Users are solely responsible for how exported files are used, distributed, or shared.
  • WEDUS is not liable for misuse of exported content.

12. Account Deletion

Signed-in users may delete their account directly from the Profile section of the App.

Deleting an account may result in:

  • Removal of account information
  • Deletion of cloud-synchronized projects
  • Loss of access to cloud backups

Locally stored projects and exported images on the user’s device may remain unless manually deleted.

13. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, branding, user interface, and proprietary features, is owned by WEDUS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, users may not:

  • Copy
  • Distribute
  • Modify
  • Sell
  • License

any part of the App without written permission.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEDUS disclaims all warranties, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Availability
  • Reliability

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEDUS shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption

arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes become effective upon posting within the App or on the applicable Terms page.

Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if users violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm the App, its users, or its services.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where WEDUS operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
